Meet Sugardash, a 7-inch touchscreen display that shows continuous glucose monitor (CGM) readings over WiFi. There is no companion smartphone app required and no phone needed for setup. Everything happens directly on the device itself. From connecting to WiFi to adding users and customizing the display, it is all handled through the screen.
One of the most appealing parts of Sugardash is how where you can place it. The device comes with two included adaptors, one which can be mounted on the wall which works well in kitchens, bedrooms, or offices, or swap that out for the stand adaptor, perfect for standing display on a desk or counter.

In the box, you get the Sugardash device, a USB-C power cord & wall brick, kickstand, and a wall mount & mounting hardware.
Setup is quick and straightforward. Once connected, Sugardash can display data for up to six users. This is especially useful for families managing diabetes together or caregivers keeping an eye on multiple people.

You can choose to show all users on the screen at once or have the display alternate between them — you can even set the amount of time you want each to display before cycling to another user. Each user can also be assigned a unique color, making it easy to know whose data you are looking at without confusion.
You can set your own glucose ranges and assign colors to each state. In range, out of range, and urgent can all be customized visually, which makes the display more intuitive at a glance. Instead of reading numbers and trends, you can quickly understand what is going on just by the color on the screen.
The device also gives you control over how and when it is visible. You can switch between day mode and night mode directly from the screen or turn the display off entirely. This is especially helpful for bedrooms, where bright screens and alerts are disturbing at times. There is also a brightness toggle to adjust the screen.

On the home screen, Sugardash offers a few thoughtful touches. You can enable a clock in the top left corner, turning it into a functional household display rather than a single purpose device. And, along the bottom, a status bar shows how long it will be until the next CGM reading is ready.
