Withings has partnered with Abbott to bring the Lingo over-the-counter continuous glucose monitor (CGM) into the Withings Health ecosystem. The new collaboration is focused on wellness and prevention, not diabetes management, and highlights how glucose data is becoming a more mainstream health metric.

Lingo offers continuous glucose insights for adults 18 and older who are not using insulin. By integrating this data into the Withings platform, users can view glucose trends alongside body composition, cardiovascular metrics, sleep, and activity to better understand how daily habits impact metabolic health.

The rollout will go in phases. In early 2026, glucose trends will be viewable in the Withings app via Apple Health on iOS and Health Connect on Android, with a direct API connection planned for Q1 2026. Once fully connected, data from Withings scales, watches, blood pressure monitors, and Lingo sensors will live in one place, creating a more complete view of metabolic health.

We are seeing this trend pick up across the industry. The Dexcom Stelo and Oura Ring partnership is another clear example of glucose sensors linking up with wearables to add more context to everyday health data. These collaborations are starting to feel like the start of something bigger, and it will be interesting to see how they help people better understand their health over time.
