Insulet has announced the full U.S. release of Omnipod Discover, a web-based diabetes data platform designed to help Omnipod 5 users, caregivers, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) better understand glucose trends and insulin delivery patterns. Previously available through a limited market release, Discover is now available nationwide to all Omnipod 5 users. During the initial rollout, more than 15,000 users and 1,800 healthcare professionals in the U.S. had already adopted the platform.

Omnipod Discover turns diabetes data into personalized insights that can help people identify patterns and understand how their therapy is working. The platform brings glucose and insulin delivery information together to help users understand what may be influencing their blood sugar levels. Users receive weekly text messages directing them to reports highlighting glucose trends, time in range, insulin usage, highs and lows, and bolus events. For healthcare professionals, Discover provides a concise report that overlays a licensed Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) with key pump settings and bolus events, making it easier to review therapy data and discuss potential adjustments with patients.

To get started, Omnipod 5 users can log into PodderCentral and follow the on-screen prompts to enroll in Discover. They can also connect their account to their healthcare provider’s clinic using a clinic code or by accepting an email invitation. Healthcare professionals can enroll by contacting their dedicated Omnipod sales representative to access onboarding and training. Once enrolled, they can use Discover to review patient reports and support conversations about diabetes management.

We got a first look at Omnipod Discover at the 2026 ADA Scientific Sessions and are going to test it now that it’s available! Share your questions in the comments below so we can answer them in our upcoming Omnipod Discover explainer video.
