A site change is never just a routine task. It is a full sequence of steps that can reveal how well a pump is designed for real life. The twiist AID system from Sequel MedTech approaches this process with a mix of familiar mechanics and modern automation, creating an experience that stands out for both simplicity and structure.
Twiist is a tubed pump available in the United States for people six years and older. It works today with the Libre 3 Plus continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and is scheduled to connect with the Eversense 365 implantable system early next year. Automated insulin delivery is powered by the Tidepool Loop algorithm. The entire system is controlled through an iPhone or an Apple Watch, which keeps day to day operation straightforward.
The Cleo infusion set has a direct, single motion insertion and an adhesive that needs a moment to settle. The tubing connector can rotate, providing flexibility in the direction it is positioned.
